PURE LIFE: A CELEBRATION OF THE FLORA AND FAUNA OF COSTA RICA
2004The theme of this colourful collection is the natural environment as seen through the eyes of children living in Costa Rica. It features paintings, collages and mosaics created by children aged 4-12 from the European School in Heredia and the Central Escuela in Los Guidos.
Organised by former LIGCA Trustee Caroline Kennedy, this collection captures the love and fascination felt by these children for the beauty of the flora and fauna that make up the tropical eco-system of this land and which are highly valued by the people of Costa Rica.
